Sacha has over 20 years of experience in Music Education. She has completed an Advanced Diploma in Classical Voice – Performance (NZ), a Postgraduate Teaching Diploma in Performing Arts (NZ), Music Theatre -(NIDA Sydney ), and has trained in the Feierabend First Steps in Music Programme for Primary Music Education. Sacha has worked in Primary and High Schools, led Performing Arts Workshops for teens, children and adults, and has directed, musically directed, and devised several shows. Most recently Sacha spent two years as a Music and Drama Teacher at the Future Rehabilitation Centre (UAE), a School for Students with Special Needs, where she also co-directed two shows with over 120 students.
Being a mum of two – (one who has profound special needs), and experience working in the industry over three countries, this has given Sacha empathy, understanding, and diverse cultural experiences that enrich her work.
